Forms are an effective way to collect information from others via survey. Google Forms are part of the Google Suite and are included with CCSD Google accounts. Google Forms can also be used as quizzes in a classroom setting. In this course, we will demonstrate all of the various question types available in a Google Form, as well as how to set up sections so the form poses different questions based on a response. Learners will see how to create, send, and use a Google Form using their district Google account. The course will also demonstrate how to store the data from the form in a Google spreadsheet.
